Our gym sessions are led by our Physiotherapists and Clinical Support Assistants. Patients attend our gym at Winsley for maximum of twelve weekly sessions. Patients receive an initial assessment by a Physiotherapist, before undertaking a tailored exercise programme working towards their goals. Gym sessions can be accessed via referral to our Therapies Team.
