The London Marathon 2026 takes place on Sunday 26 April 2026. We have four coveted Dorothy House Golden Bond places you can apply for. Alternatively, if you have an independent place in the 2026 event, we’d love to have you on board!

Golden Bond Places

If you are interested in running in the 2026 event for Dorothy House please complete our Golden Bond Application Form. Places are always heavily oversubscribed so we ask you to state how you’d raise the money. Successful applicants need to make a payment of £50 (plus booking fee) for their place and guarantee that they will be able to raise £2,500 or more for Dorothy House.

Independent Places

The ballot (or lottery) for the 2026 London Marathon will open in April 2025. Typically, the ballot opens the day before the current year’s event – so this year it’s likely the ballot will open on Saturday 26 April and close on Friday 2 May. If you are able to secure your own 2026 Independent Place through the London Marathon organisers, then we’d love to have you on board! Please let us know by filling in our independent place form and we’ll get on the case with supporting you!
