Patient Safety Incident Response

Dorothy House Hospice Care’s Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP) and policy is in line with the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework and details the Hospice's priorities in terms of incident learning, it also meets the expectations set out in the patient safety incident response standards.

This policy supports the requirements of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and sets out Dorothy House's approach to developing and maintaining effective systems and processes for responding to patient safety incidents and issues for the purpose of learning and improving patient safety.
